Vincent was a great host—clear check-in details and responsive. The home was very clean and well maintained. Awesome location. It was a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and playground in Douglas. Being only a mile from Saugatuck, it was a very convenient spot to be out of the crowds. When we plan on heading out to Saugatuck again, I will definitely look to stay at Vincent’s home again.

Our stay with a group of 6 at Vincent and Nicole’s Douglas home was amazing. Vincent was very proactive with communicating instructions, providing recommendations, and ensuring things were perfect throughout our visit. The house is located on Kalamazoo Lake with beautiful views, walking distance to most things in Douglas and downtown Saugatuck. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt at home cooking most meals in the house. The house also has plenty of board games, ping pong, dart board, hot tub, bikes, and kayaks. We used all of the amenities and especially enjoyed an afternoon on the kayaks. The home was quiet and enjoyable for us to relax in and perfectly located to go to Oval beach, dune rides, state parks, orchards, etc. Highly recommend — five star stay!

We had a great stay and will definitely be back! The home is exactly like the photos. The property was clean and well maintained. There were great books and puzzles as well as bikes and kayaks. Our kiddo loved the hot tub, ping pong and beach toys. The location was perfect and close to everything.

Our stay at Swing Bridge house was excellent! Leading up to our trip, Vince was very informative and quick to respond to any questions which was much appreciated. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Nice, comfortable furniture and a big table for gathering with our family. What impressed us most was all the quality items in the kitchen - hexclad pots and pans, glassware and everything we needed to cook. There isn't a grill due to regulations with the community, but that wasn't an issue. Our kids loved the hot tub, it provided lots of entertainment even on the rainy days! This was our first time exploring Saugatuck/Douglas and we can't wait to get back. All the recommendations given by Vince were on point and much appreciated. Do not hesitate to rent this place!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this property. The location is close to everything and being able to walk just a couple blocks to coffee shops and restaurants was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Douglas for our family of 4. Located walkable distance to downtown Douglas. We used the local interurban bus to get back and forth to Saugatuck. Highly recommend and plan to stay again on a future trip

The location was perfect with a very short, walk to the town of Douglas for the shops and restaurants. Easy walk across the bridge to Saugatuck. A luggage rack is needed when someone is staying on the pullout couch in the living room.

We had a wonderful stay in Douglas. Some of the best meals of our trip were just down the street from our place. Vincent was always quick to respond and very helpful. Lots to do in the area.

This is a wonderful location super close to the small downtown in Douglas and Lake Kalamazoo. We walked the two blocks to breakfast and a playground, as well as a few minutes farther to a grocery. It’s also about a 20 minute walk over the bridge into Saugatuck. The place had an awesome front porch, comfy beds (kids stayed on the pullout), and was clean and welcoming! Our family of four had a great couple of days.
