Welcome to Swing Bridge House, a brand-new contemporary home built in 2022 with high-end fixtures and finishes. The space is designed for comfort and relaxation for up to eight guests. Main Level: Bright, open-concept design connecting the living room, dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Kitchen features high-end appliances and cookware. Living area includes a 65" smart TV and a BOSE soundbar for entertainment. Spacious private deck with outdoor seating and mesmerizing views of Kalamazoo Lake and downtown Saugatuck. Private hot tub with space for four adults, overlooking the lake and marina. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8): Ground Level Primary Suite: King bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a 55" smart TV. Upper Level Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and panoramic water views. Upper Level Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Upper Level Bedroom 4: Two Twin beds. The home has a total of three full bathrooms and one half-bath. Extra Amenities: Beach chairs are provided for your trips to the nearby Lake Michigan shore.

Other Details to Note

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles in the driveway. A Tesla Level 2 Charger is available for guest use for an additional fee of $50 per stay. Please inquire if you wish to use it. Early Check-in (2:00 PM) may be available for a $100 fee, subject to availability. Late Check-out (11:00 AM) may be available for a $75 fee, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed per HOA.

House Rules

No shoes in house. House is fully stocked, yet bring beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Party's are not allowed and guests must observe quiet hours, quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Garage is not included in the stay and cannot be accessed, if it is accessed, there will be a $500 per day charge. Parking is available for two cars. No pets are allowed per HOA rules. Tesla Level 2 Charger is available for $50. Early Check-in (2 pm) is available for $100. Late Check-out (11 am) is available for $75.

We wanted a quick getaway over the holiday break and we couldn't have picked a better home. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed including the hot tub that our crazy kids used daily in the below freezing temps and was close to downtown areas. Much to our surprise, there were also fireworks right outside the window on NYE. It was a fun yet relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone (summer or winter) and will check the availability when we need a break again. Additionally, Vince was very responsive to our questions during our late check-in which was appreciated.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vince’s property and both times he’s been a fantastic host. We do this several times a year in Douglas and other locations, and Vince is one of the best hosts we deal with - he responds within 30 minutes, most often less than that. He is extremely accommodating. His property is spotless and everything is well maintained and the location is incredible being convenient to downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, and our favorite part of Lake Michigan, Oval Beach. I’d recommend Vince and this property for anyone locating for relaxation or adventure in Douglas/Saugatuck. Thanks, Vince! We will be back!!

This house was even better in person than it looks in the photos! So much space and well decorated. Very cozy, awesome host and great location! Will definitely be back.

Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, additional parking is available on Washington. Uber and Lyft is not common in this area. We walk and bike everywhere when we stay.
