The unit was spotless and attractive - the pictures are accurate! We especially enjoyed the mattresses and the couch - it folds out in a cool way that allows three people to comfortably recline while watching TV. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Vincent!

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip! We had 6 guests in total and it was the perfect size space for us. Vincent was very responsive to messages and was willing to help with any questions we had. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a couple blocks away from Douglas’s Social District and a very short drive to Saugatuck. Would definitely stay here again!

We found the place in Saugatuck on a total whim. And we were not disappointed! The host was absolutely wonderful. And the house was so sweet! Would definitely stay there again —-loved my evening walks enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porch and everything just felt so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay and recuperation.

Loved this place! Very spacious and clean! Great location, 5 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck or about a 20 minute walk. We finally figured out the trick to getting the door code to work properly…push the Schlage button hard and when it lights up blue push the numbers hard and quickly. The host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is ideal. Just minutes from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas, MI with stunning water views that made every moment feel serene. The space was clean, bright and airy, with cozy bedrooms that offered a perfect night’s sleep. Our hosts, Vincent & Nicole, were exceptional, attentive and incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes. Vincent checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly, and their thoughtful hospitality truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to unwind, explore fun water and land activities, and indulge in a little retail therapy. A quick note: the property includes stairs connecting the kitchen, living areas and bedrooms across 3 levels. This layout offers great flexibility, perfect for “me time” or letting the kids play on one level while the adults relax and catch up on another. Everyone, from grandma down to tween grandchild, enjoyed their stay. Coming back!

This was perfect for our short weekend trip to Saugatuck. Quiet and peaceful location.we enjoyed our quiet morning on the front patio. Very near Oval Beach. We didn’t go into Saugatuck but it would have been very convenient to head there. We will definitely be back the next time we plan a trip to the area!

Everything was great from the communication prior to our arrival to explaining anything required before we left. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The house had everything you could possibly need. The porch and hot tub were a nice addition to what we were looking for. You could see the sunrise and sunset from his house. The lake was beautiful and the walk across the street to the art gallery or the 5 minute walk to downtown Douglas were perfect! The 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to Saugatuck was so nice to have right there in addition to Douglas. Being able to walk 5 minutes to Everyday People Cafe for dinner or Borrowed Time for a nice glass of wine were such a plus!! Anytime we had questions about anything we received a response in no time at all!! Will definitely return!

We’ll plan to stay here again when/if we return to Saugatuck/Douglas! The condo was in a wonderful location, right down the street from Downtown Douglas. We felt right at home the moment we stepped foot inside.

Vincent was a pleasure to work with. Very communicative and provided clear instructions. The house itself was beautiful and just as described, perfect for our smaller group. The location was a peaceful neighborhood but still close to all the Saugatuck attractions. Would love to stay here again!

Vincent’s place was exactly what I was looking for in a long, romantic getaway weekend. The king bed was comfortable, the place was spotless, and it was a two-minute walk to great food and drinks, coffee, a park, and more. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and can’t wait to stay again!
